We were looking for a new boat and leaning toward a Carolina Skiff. We visited our local dealer to get pricing and compared it with dealers within a few hours travel. Sportsman's Choice was one of two dealers offering the lowest price and Jason, our Salesman, made the decision to go with them easy. When I found a flaw in the finish, Jason arranged for it to be repaired. We were concerned how it might look but the work was done so well we couldn't tell it had been refinished. The rest of the boat preparation was excellent as well. We can't recommend Sportsman's Choice and Jason enough.

Took my boat in to diagnose a "skilpping" in the motor. Even though they were busy, the techs found and fixed the issue in one day! I can't expect this quick of a turn around all the time, but these pros do a great job.

This place is great ! Stop in and talk to Brad, he helped us with a repower on our boat, and we could not be happier. Everyone there was very nice and helpful, no pressure, very professional, and great work. If you are looking for a new boat, repower or even atv's they have it.

All I can really speak about is the parts counter since that's all I've dealt with. But the parts guy that works like everyday is pretty on point. He's helped me a lot in the past year. I've purchased pretty much all my regular service kits from him and some paint

We purchased a 21' Chaparral SSi from Sportman's Choice Marine, Inc. and couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. Jason Holland was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Similarly, Traci, the finance officer, was extremely pleasant and completed the requisite transaction within minutes. Traci even refunded $7.77, which resulted from an oversight from our bank! We were also very impressed with the facility, which was very orderly and very clean. To that end, it was much nicer than our Lexus dealership, and far more pleasant. Thank you once again!.

Todd is the marine parts guy. He was very helpful and professional. He special ordered what I needed and had it exactly as promised. He didn't even require prepayment for the part. It was a great experience to be treated with trust and dignity. I will go back.

Joseph Hucks was an outstanding salesman!! He was very friendly and professional in all of our correspondence and was happy to put together quotes and build sheets when spec'ing out different features. He was the most knowledgeable salesman that we dealt with during the boat shopping process (looked at Tidewaters, Sea Pros, and Sportsman) and was helpful and honest in his opinion and certainly was not trying to upsell any features he didn't think were worth adding just to drive the price up. He stayed late so we could walk around a 227 they had in stock and get a feel for it and to answer any additional questions we had. He was great following up with us as well. If you're in the market or thinking about checking out the inventory here, PLEASE ask for Joseph. Dealing with him was a pleasure and I don't think I've ever said that about a salesman before.

What a great place with no pressure sales. We bought a new UTV/side by side and our salesman Joseph, was amazing from start to purchase. Just had my second experience with a major purchase from Sportsman’s choice and this one was even better than the first. Salesman Jason Holland was nothing short of knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Not only did this dealership beat every other Marina in the Carolinas in price their attention to every detail of my special order was impeccable and my boat came in not only early but correctly. The extra care and time spent going over options, sea trial, and many phone conversations was awesome and made me feel confident in spending my hard earned money at a place that not only makes the sale but makes sure you are taken care of after the sale. So if your in the market for a new toy Call Sportsman’s choice and ask for Jason...you won’t be disappointed.

I just wanted to write a quick review to saw how awesome these guys were. I called in from out of state with just a question about a Sportsman boat as someone I met on FB said that 'Sportsman Choice Marine' does the kind of install I was wanting (and was having issues with in my state). I called and instead of saying no they wouldn't help me as I'm not their customer, instead they got me right to the expert and even had my installer talk to theirs. They didn't have to do this. The most important thing to know about this dealer is this: You can walk in shopping for a PWC (like I did, a Sea-Doo Fish-Pro) and be treated by the staff as if you are ready to purchase one of the mega-$ yachts on the showroom floor. I began my search for a Sea-Doo well over a year ago and visited the dealer several times since then. Injuries from a motorcycle accident last year necessitated having to postpone my purchase until now. Every time I visited the dealer I was given the full attention of Jason who always answered my questions and offered advice despite his knowing that I was not ready to make a purchase at those times. And that’s why I felt good about doing business with this dealer. The inventory is good but Jason had to hunt down the model I wanted from another source as it is in high demand and their order from the factory has already. been fulfilled for this year. And in this regard he also excelled. He told me he would try to locate one for me and would get back to me, and in about 20 minutes or so he did, with the good news that he could get one for me. Delivery of the PWC went smoothly with Jason giving me a thorough demonstration of all the features and functions. This dealership is very easy on the eyes with a comfortable, spotless, modern showroom, offices, and customer areas. And one last thing: this dealer is just that, a dealer. So do your homework and stop in when you’re ready to buy and ready to negotiate your best deal. They made it pretty easy for me to decide to buy here.

Get Service Cale! Called this morning. They had the unicorn trolling motor, no one else had. When I got there Cale had it ready to go. After a few questions and a phone call they put a bow on everything and even loaded me up. If you want great service that is hard to find? See these peoples!

I just purchased a sportsman 282cc from Joseph Hucks and I have to say that I was very pleased with how he handled the hole transaction. It by no means was easy, it was a month an half ordeal, but at every bump he handled with professionalism. Even when the factory was slow on getting the boat delivered, he took it upon himself to send a truck of theirs to pick it up, so he could meet the deadline that I needed the boat by. I just want to say that everyone at Sportsmans Choice was fantastic all the way to the operator who new my voice by the end of everything. Truly a great experience. I live in Raleigh NC and had several choices but am happy that I talked to Joseph and I will do all my business with him from here on out.

I just purchased a 2018 Pathfinder 2500 Hybrid Bay boat from Sportsman’s Choice. The boat was ordered couple months ago totally customized, radar auto pilot, you name it it is on the boat. I dealt with Chase completely on the telephone, never met him until I drove down to pick up the boat. Once Pathfinder started sending me photos of the boat as it was being built I really started to get excited. Then when they shipped the boat to Sportsmans Choice they got to work immediately putting all the electronics, including new Garmin 12 inch sonar, radar, auto pilot, Minnkota Ulterra self loading trolling motor. When I showed up to pick up the boat, they had all the paperwork ready, within minutes Chase and his father Mickey both were there to thank me and their nephew immediately took us down to the Intracoastal waterway for a demo ride. I was so amazed they even put life jackets, anchor all coast guard required gear on board at no extra charge! I am 67 years old and quite frankly this was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a major item and they got it perfect the first time. This place is a real family run business family.The customer service is the absolute best we have ever seen.They will do whatever it takes to help you with a New Boat,OldBoat or ATV, Service ,Purchase,or Warranty work.I purchased a 2012 Carolina Skiff in 2012 and it is one of the best boats we have ever owned.September of 2015 the hall needed some warranty work the service manager and the owner .Contacted the factory rep and had the motor off the boat and on the way back to the factory within days.The boat returned like a brand new one.They put the motor back on and we are back on the water.This Family Is Awesome Thank you so much

I trust this place.  We have an older boat that we push to the limit on ocean fishing trips, so keeping it in perfect working order is most important.  Recently we took it in for what seemed to be a fairly simple fix.  It became more complicated than expected and took longer than usual to finish the job.  They just wanted to get it right, and they did!  Now our boat has taken several loads of skiers, provided a joy ride or two and been out in the ocean 30 miles, twice. Works perfectly! -- Good customer service, fair prices, it’s the way to go.

Picked up a chaparral sunesta from these guys at the local boat show. Joseph was our sales rep. We couldn't be happier with his professionalism and service after the sale. My girl friend and I are new to boating and Joseph is always a phone call away and has even returned a phone call on a Sunday. He even took me out and personally gave me lessons. We had a very minor issue with the boat and Joseph personally came out to the dock to check it out. We are very happy with our purchase. If you are looking for a boat.. I highly recommend these guys.
